Walk in the Park – Brecklin Sargeant

Brecklin confessed she wasn’t very good at art in her younger years and it has only been in the past four or five years that she has had an interest in the subject. Inspired by Chuck Close and the stories of people around her, she creates her art as a way to express herself without using words. Of her experience at the museum, she said, “This place is amazing because I can’t think of another place where I can talk and express what I am thinking with others who like the same things.”
