If you requested to book a birthday party or off-site glassblowing demonstration, we will forward a contract for review before finalizing your booking.
To enhance your experience, please review and share these “Museum Manners” before your visit. Understanding these guidelines helps us provide a safe and extraordinary experience at YOUR museum.
For Visitors
• Observe the artwork with your eyes not your hands. Please do not touch the artwork, cases covering artwork, or pedestals
• Stay with your chaperone in the galleries, shop, studio, or classroom.
• For your safety please use walking feet
• Please use inside voices
• Food and drink are not allowed in galleries, the studio, or the classroom
• If possible, leave backpacks and water bottles on the bus, in the car, or with the front desk
For Teachers and Chaperones
• Bring one chaperone for every 8 children or other persons needing assistance. All individuals must stay with their chaperone in the galleries, shop, studio, or classroom.
• Every additional adult (more than 1 per 8 children) will be charged at the standard adult tour rate.
• If possible, leave backpacks and water bottles on the bus, in the car, or with the front desk
• Individuals must remain in chaperoned groups before, during, and after the tour
• Teachers and chaperones are responsible for maintaining discipline as you would in a school classroom.
