In-studio Glass Blowing Demonstration Ticket Information:
• Tickets are $10 per person for ages 5 and older. Space is extremely limited, so early ticket purchase is recommended.
• All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a valid ticket.
• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the studio during demonstrations.

Ticket Policy:
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or late arrivals.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Visitor Services at (920) 751-4658.
• If your original guest cannot attend, you may bring a substitute guest. Otherwise, please notify Visitor Services.

Waitlist & Day-of Ticket Availability:
• A waitlist will be available on the day of the festival at the demonstration check-in table.
• Any unsold tickets will be released for purchase at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9 on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To join the waitlist, please sign up at the check-in table. We will call the phone number you provide up to two times. If there is no response, we will proceed to the next person on the list.
• Payment must be completed before proceeding to the demonstration studio.
