Class Reservation/Refund Policy

Please review our Reservation/Refund Policy. Check the box below to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Policy.

Payment: We require payment at time of reservation via credit/debit card or PayPal. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please visit the Visitor Services Desk located at the museum.

Cancellations:

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the class date, you can either:
  • Reschedule for another class of the same price
  • Receive a gift certificate for the full amount to use at a later date
  • Receive a full refund

7-14 days before the start date you can either

  • Reschedule for another class of the same price
  • Receive a gift certificate for the full amount to use at a later date

Less than 7 days before the start date:

  • No changes or refunds can be made.
